John started his fitness journey at 15, & he quickly fell in love with the gym, but struggled with nutrition for years. Now, as an elite powerlifter and Oregon Bench State Record holder, he helps driven individuals achieve food freedom, build confidence, and gain energy to enjoy the life they deserve.

John has a gift for finding the most enjoyable path towards your goals for long term solutions.

Personally, John has been through multiple seasons of life with his fitness: from being skinny fat, to trying intermittent fasting, doing hours of cardio, burning money on supplements, and even went to a plastic surgeon for help at a certain point. Now being out on the other side & having a life of balance, peace, and good health inside and out.

John's goal is to help as many people as possible to navigate through life as a healthy individual in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable. He believes fitness should add value to your life, not be the source of more stress.
